The small town had a charm of its own with a rich history. It was a great location for those who enjoy nature and hiking. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. The staff was friendly and provided great customer service.
The hotel lacked basic amenities, and the in-room furniture was outdated. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens were stained.

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only a short walk to the town center and the castle. The room was comfortable with lovely views of the surrounding area. The breakfast offered a lot of variety, including smoked salmon, and the breakfast room was beautifully decorated.
The shower was a bit small, but still usable. The WiFi pass certificates needed to be picked up from the front desk for each device and were only valid for a few hours, which was a bit inconvenient.
